You own the website - you should own the hosting service as well! We simply set up, configure and administer the service on your behalf, for the duration of our Agreement. To register new Domains, we use fully accredited and reliable registrars. These are simply brokers that accept payment when you purchase a domain, and who administer any modifications that are made subsequently. Since registration is generally a one-time procedure, we choose our registrars based on best price and accessibility of online tools needed for subsequent modifications. Currently we use AllDomains, goDaddy, and pairNic. Website Hosting and Domain Registration carry an annual cost, over and above our fees, normally ranging between $80 and $130, depending on the features required. |

We expect all requests for tweaks and changes to be completed within two weeks of "going live". However, our commitment to a "Customer for Life" philosophy, means that we are always available to provide support to your Business. We will take care of web hosting and email administration, and monthly updates for a period of one year. That's right - your low fee INCLUDES monthly updates for a full year! This is perfect for Level One and Level Two websites. For Level Three and Level Four websites that may require updates more often, we can provide this service as often as TWICE monthly over the course of the year, for an additional $497. Level Three and Level Four website owners may wish to undertake updates or changes even more frequently. We can either come to an arrangement that suits your budget, or alternatively, you may wish to undertake updates or changes in-house. If so, we can implement a Best-of-Breed "Content Management System", that allows your Staff to make changes as easily as using a word processor. The fee for installing, configuring, testing and training is $497, and the cost of the specialized third-party Software ranges up to $120. |
